Leading One Step Behind (LOSB) is under way. The 24-month Erasmus+ KA220-VET Cooperation Partnership runs from November 2025 to October 2027 and brings together five organisations working with small and medium-sized businesses.
The aim is practical: help SME managers stay close enough to support their team and far enough back for people to lead their own work.
Over the next two years we will research success factors, co-design a VET curriculum, build a free online course, collect a bank of real-world practices, and pilot everything with managers and trainers across partner countries.
