Leading One Step Behind (LOSB) is under way. The 24-month Erasmus+ KA220-VET Cooperation Partnership runs from November 2025 to October 2027 and brings together five organisations working with small and medium-sized businesses.
The project has a practical aim: help SME managers lead more collaboratively by staying one step behind their team — close enough to support, far enough back that people can lead their own work.
Over the next two years we will research success factors, co-design a VET curriculum, build a free online course, collect a bank of real-world practices, and pilot everything with managers and trainers across partner countries.
