A practical project for people who lead small teams
Leading One Step Behind (LOSB) is a two-year Erasmus+ partnership running from November 2025 to October 2027. We research, build and test a practical way to lead small and medium-sized businesses.

What the project does
We listen to owners, managers and teams in small firms. We turn what we learn into a course and a set of practical tools, then test them with real companies in each partner country. Everything will be free to use.
