In June, the LOSB consortium came together in Stuttgart for a two-day co-design workshop. The goal was simple: take what we heard from managers and teams across Europe and shape it into a course that busy people can actually finish.
We worked in short cycles — sketch a unit, test the wording with someone outside the topic, adjust. That way the language stays close to daily work in a small company rather than to leadership theory.
By the end of the workshop we had a first draft of the four units, a shortlist of practical tools for delegation and reflection, and a clear plan for the pilot rounds in each partner country.
Next up: building the online modules and inviting SME managers and trainers to test them.
